Who I help

Therapy for people who want to understand what's happening beneath the surface

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons.

Sometimes there's a specific problem they want help with. Sometimes they simply have a sense that something in their life isn't working and they don't understand why.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and struggles with self-worth and identity. I also work with couples caught in recurring patterns of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding, as well as people navigating more complex or longstanding difficulties that don't fit neatly into a single category.

I don't believe there's a single treatment or formula that works for everyone.

My role is to understand you as a whole person: what you've experienced, how you've learned to cope, what your relationships have taught you to expect, and how those experiences may be influencing your life now.

Whatever brings you to therapy, we begin there.
